　　1.性别称呼不当

　　3.字数很重要

　　求职信的内容就应该仅是一封信。大致浏览一下内容，虽然你希望自己的求职信不是只有一两句话那么简单，但也不要写成多页的长篇大论。以结构清楚的三个段落概括出你对该职位的兴趣以及你的资历，是求职信的理想模式。过于简短的求职信会让人觉得不够努力且缺乏重视，过于冗长的则让人心生厌倦不想看下去。

　　4.遵从要求

　　雇主都想要知道你是否能按照要求做好事情——这一评价从你的求职信开始。请按照要求的将简历制作成固定的文件格式 (pdf格式、微软word文档、文本文件等)，并发给某个制定的人。同样的，若招聘说明中要求你写出薪资要求以供参考，那么写上你期待的薪资水平，除非你根本不想成为这一职位的候选人。在这一阶段如果忽略了某项明确列出的要求，那么你注定要被淘汰了。
