1. 多长时间的中文自我介绍最合适?
面试官让申请人做自我介绍的目的， 主要是要利用这个时间来再次浏览一下申请人的简历， 思考一下如何进行提问。那么， 一分钟自我介绍则必然太短， 因为面试官往往还没有准备好提什么问题; 而3分钟的自我介绍又太长， 因为缺少互动， 会令说者发晕、 听者发昏。
所以， 笔者建议大家准备一个朗读起来大约1.5分钟的自我介绍， 如果朗读起来需要1.5分钟， 那么在面试现场阐述起来， 则需要大概2分钟左右， 因为口语化之后势必会延长阐述的时间。
2. 自我介绍的经典格式
由于自我介绍在面试的最开始进行， 无论是申请人还是面试官都没有完全进入状态， 所以， 经典的中规中矩的自我介绍比标新立异的自我介绍更加令面试双方感到“舒服”。
